What is coaching?
We are all experts in ourselves. Think about it, we have been with ourselves every minute of every day and witnessed every mistake and every success we have made. However despite this, we don't often help ourselves with our thinking and actions and we often need help to get ourselves unstuck.
Coaching is about tapping into your own resourcefulness. It helps you hold a mirror up to yourself, so you can see clearly, often for the first time. Helping you unlock new insights, overcome your blocks and develop new understandings so that you can move forward, be that personally or professionally.
Coaching won't tell you what to do or give you advice. It will create a space, where you are empowered and challenged, so that you own your ‘A-ha’ moments and you feel truly awake and motivated to get what you want.
Bespoke Coaching Programme

A lot of people feel that they are in the rat race in life, going along with everyone else, at a speed that does not serve, without the skills and knowhow to get out of it. This is a really common sensation for a lot of people I work with and can lead to great unhappiness.
My 3 month coaching programme is designed to change this.
I work individually with people to help them reclaim their personal and professional life, to feel more awake, in control and more able to cope with the challenges that arise. All of my clients share the desire for change from the inside and transformational results on the outside.
These are the problems that I solve:
Stress, feeling overwhelmed or burnt out
Limiting beliefs, self doubt, poor self confidence
Feeling overworked and undervalued
A lack of clarity over direction, life purpose or values
Fear over upcoming changes or a new roles

I offer individual, weekly sessions, bespoke and tailored to personal needs, drawing on a range of psychologically-grounded coaching frameworks, philosophies and techniques, including mindfulness meditation.
Sessions are creative and engaging to encourage a ‘whole-brain’ approach. This will enable you to step out of stagnant thinking and behaviours and create new habits that serve you.
